I have Virtumonde. I get daily popups of ads for WinFixer, WinAntivirusPro, SoftwareOnline, and a few others. Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spycatcher, and Trojanhunter all fail to identify a problem. I downloaded the “FixVundo” version 1.4.0 removal tool from Symantec, and on a couple of occasions it said that it terminated something, but then the popups returned. I did try running it in safe mode, turned off my system restore, and cleaned out my cache afterwards, but now I have corrupted my system restore function and this function won’t turn back on now (“System Restore encountered an error trying to enable/disable one or more drives”). Can you help rid my system of Virtumonde? Thanks, Trent
