MOHAA Expansion Problem

I have recently bought the WARCHEST for MOHAA. IT INCLUDES MOHAA, SPEARHEAD, BREAKTHROUGH, AND A BONUS CD. I have installed all three of them.. but only the FIRST Metal of Honor Allied Assault works? What could be this problem...
