empty post, but I will give a reply based on the topic. You can run Belarc Advisor. It will reveal your license key. If your system is hosed and you can't run Belarc, sorry about that!

Aternatively, if your machine is running, you could download and run The Magic Jelly Bean to locate your key.

If you have an OEM machine, look on the machine (back or side) for the Windows XP sticker...it will have the key on it. It may also be on the booklet that came with your machine or the one that came with your Operating System software.

his other post had info in it and he called ms and they gave him a new cd key and sent him a disk
