my pc has been real sluggish for weeks now. I downloaded the new norton 2004 when it first started to scan pc it also started to scann all these outgoing emails. i thought it was the beagle worm but as of today it started to sennd them to hotmail and i was reading up on it how the beagle worm dose not send to hotmail. I have scanned comp with norton, spybot S&D and a few others but still to no avail have found nothing on pc.I also read how Aupdate sends signals to the worm so i deleted Aupdate. I also downloaded hijackthis and scanned and this is what i came up withRunning processes:

Welcome sparkyjmr420 <_<

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

I would recommend uninstalling SpyKiller and using Ad-Aware and/or Spybot Search & Destroy instead (SpyKiller yields a ton of false positives and also charges if you actually want to remove something):
O4 - HKCU\..\RunServices: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe /startup
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe /startup

If you haven't paid for PCDoctor you can remove this one:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PCDRealtime] C:\WINDOWS\realtime.exe

What leads you to believe you email has been hijacked? I don't see any evidence of trojans or a hijacker that would send email. Have you tried changing your ISP password?

If you have updated Norton to the latest virus definition, run a full system scan, and nothing is found, I'm very confident you don't have a virus.

i suspected it was a virus or some one had hijacked my email was becuase norton was scanning all these out going e-mails

Norton will scan all your outgoing mail for viruses so you don't unknowningly spread a virus. This is normal, but can be disabled if desired.

your email sent to *************** has be rejected as spam" and other kinds of errors the resone i was lead to belive it was beagle worm was the subjects were as follows,:Re :due balance acount, :over due acount, :suspended acount, :Fw:cancelled card, and a bunch of other spam subjects.

This is a tough one, but today's viruses spoof legitimate emails, causing them to appear as though they've been sent from you, and bouncing rejections to your email. What's probably happened is someone with your email in their contact list has contracted a virus and it's sending email as though it's from you. Does that make any sense?

I have no idea how to change my Isp password

This is simply the password you use to log onto the Internet. If the password is easily guessed, or if your password has been compromised somebody could log onto your account and send spam without your knowledge. You should change your password occasionally. To create a good password, don't use a word that can be found in the dictionary, mix upper and lower case, and include at least one number or symbol.

Your hijack this log is clean. <_< How do you prevent spyware from being installed again? We strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster. It's free, will prevent spyware from being installed and consumes no system resources. It also places over 4000 websites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will impair attempts to infect your system. More info and download is available at:
SpywareBlaster: http://www.javacools...areblaster.html

i'm not realy sure if I understand all that. My comp is hooked up with dsl cable so i'm always conected online. The Error msgs were not bounced to e-mail but showed up on my screen. and every e-mail that gos out was not sent by me but still is scanned on my comp. It fills my screen up with like 20+ scanning Messeges boxes. So is that still possible? Sorry to waste so much of ur time and thank you agian.

This does sound very suspicious. Do you have a latest virus definition file for Norton Antivirus (mine's dated today), and have you run a full system scan recently?

Just ran norton with todays updates and still nothing was found. I don't know if this has any thing to do with it but my browser was hijacked back in Dec. by Optimizer. I kinda figured they were the ones useing my comp to send out bulk e-mail considering it took me till yesterday to finaly remove the last Dll. they had installed in windows.

So do I get to name this one.....lol <_<

I hope they have a cure for it soon....Thank You once agian for Your time and Help

There's no signs of Optimizer on your system.

Here's a couple more links to checkout...

The Cleaner is a trojan detection and removal program. There's a free 30 day trial:
http://www.moosoft.com/

Housecall is a free online virus scanner:
http://housecall.ant...start_frame.asp

Finally. if you don't have a firewall on your system consider ZoneAlarm:

<_< It appears I had 2 trojans both child.Dll. E antholgy hit on it once but it was a pay to do any thing about it. And i had scaned it with like 5 other free antivirus's and none found it so i figured it was a miss hit just to get me to pay. I have had the e-mail on norton to scann out going mail now for over an hour and it seems to be fixed now.
I want to thank you tremendously for all your time in helping me to fix this problem. This is one of the best support help site I have been able to find.U can expect to see me agian in the future if I have any more problems. I would and will recomend this site to others :D THANK YOU once agian

Glad we could help <_<

To help others that may have a similar problem, which program did you use to identify the trojans?

The Cleaner was the one to find the trojans, It also told me it was modfied on Mar 17th right around the time my comp first started getting real luggish. So Thank You very much I have virtually have no lag going on now.

The Cleaner is a trojan detection and removal program. There's a free 30 day trial:
