I've gotten some messages from Spybot S&D on some websites that it has blocked double click and fast click. What are these? Are they baddies?

I would have posted this question in the Malware forum, but they are so busy. How about a forum specifically for spyware questions and no HJT logs?

Advertising websites.

They have been known to set tracking cookies on systems which basically mean that if you go on a lot of sites that use the same advertising servers, the advertisers could in a nutshell trace the sites you've been visiting.
