mellenium wont boot up

I have tried to boot up a pc with millenium on it, it comes to the safe mode screen; I try to start in safe mode and the pc hangs so when I reboot I try and go to normal boot it starts to go but then goes back to option screen for safe mode or normal ect... I have tried all options and still nothing???any Ideas??
