We a purchased computer case, model # CS-517AL-B that has the front I/O Interface: USB2.0x2/Mic In/Earphones. Need a manual or support for hooking this device up can anyone direct me to a company that can help or instructions?

We are trying to hook it up to a Syntax Motherboard - Micro ATX. There are three sets of wires that we are not sure how to hook up. We managed to get the USB port working but not the Audio. Each parenthesied item is a wire group (Mic-in, Gnd, R-out, L-out)(VG, tpb+, Tpb-,Gnd) (VG,Tpa+,Tpa-,Gnd) Any assistance you are able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, Christy

Welcome christysbiz <_<

These connections should be identified in your motherboard manual. If you don't have the manual can you provide the model number?
