Ok,

Ive recently just made a web page in fireworks and inserted my text into it in dreamweaver.

Have a look at the one that i made...

So you are having problems adding text?

When you insert the wab layers which are called slices, you basically select, file > export then export it as html and images.

Load the html page up in dreamweaver and where you inserted the image slices, (They should be images) just put your mouse over them and click delete.

Now you can insert images, text, anything.

Just like a table!

But remember to put the background color back to its original color!
