I connect to the internet using Internet Explorer via Verizon DSL. Last night when I turned on my computer I was able to open up my Internet Explorer but as soon as I tried to connect to another website or check my email my browser immediately froze up on me. The first thing I did was scan for viruses and spyware - nothing wrong in those 2 areas. Anyway I finally contacted Verizon's online techincal assistance and they tried to help me by having me go in and clean out my "cookie files" and a few other things. Well I did everything they told me to but nothing changed. Can anyone else give me a couple suggestions of what I might try?

I thank you in advance for your time and any helpful suggestions you can throw my way!

Tim
