I have recently seen these two processes popping up each time I try to shut down my computer as not being able to start because the computer is shutting down. I can't figure out what they are for and why they are trying to start and no info seems to be available on the web. I am suspicious that they are malware. I have run all the suggested malware cleaners and these are still here.

PCATCRES.EXE and CERFGNT5.EXE

Anyone know what they are?

Thanks
