Hey,

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how to write a form that would access a database and cause changes in that database. Specifically, a trading system in a game. One person sends a request to another person, and if that person accepts it, then the appropriate changes are made to each players database.

Thanks

What, so it will be a php form and it will be driven by a mysql database?

I am not the best on php and mysql but im reading a great book called 'How to do everything with php & Mysql.'

Great book. It teaches you all about php and databases!

Hey innershadow,

One way to do this is to use php form and submit it to a mysql database. If you arent familiar with doing this, i suggest you read this from codewalkers.com

http://codewalkers.c...orials/9/1.html

however, if you have something that you need me to look at i will be more than happy to.

best of luck,
ditto
