red_jr_red,

Welcome to the GTG Forums, I will be reviewing your HJT log.
Please read "ALL" of the instructions before proceeding:

You will need to print out these instructions for a reference or you can
save them by copying and pasting them into notepad and saving the text file to the desktop.

This process will take a few steps, please take your time and follow the directions in the order posted.
If you don't understand something please ask before performing any task..

First you are running HJT from the desktop, I would strongly recommend the following:

Create a folder on your C:\ drive and rename it something you will remember such as C:\HijackThis. Now Cut and Paste HijackThis.exe from the desktop and place it in the folder you just created.
Run it from that location from now one. HijackThis creates backups
which are needed in case of any recovery issues, this is important.

Once you have completed this, then do the following.

Please download Pocket Killbox
Click Here to download Pocket Killbox by Option^Explicit.
Save the file to your desktop, don't run it just yet.

Now open HijackThis and perform a scan, once the scan is complete place a check mark next to each
of the following items:

O2 - BHO: Bho Class - {BFFA51A0-0B64-4aa3-AAC4-325F9338D0BE} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\riqtjjuv.dll
O2 - BHO: Bho Class - {EFDAC3FE-F44A-4030-8589-1E23BC6573D5} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\fwgxomun.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NI.UWAS5LP_0001_0811] "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\63GJV41G\WAS5Scan[1].exe"

Close all browsers and open windows except for HijackThis and then click the Fix Checked button. Now close HijackThis.

Go to Start | Run and type in regedit and click OK.
Go to File | Export and save the registry to a location on your C:\ drive as a backup.
Close the Registry Editor now.
Go to Start | Run and type in notepad and click OK. Then copy and paste the following into Notepad:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"NI.UWAS5LP_0001_0811"=-

Save the file as "delthis.reg". Make sure you save it with the quotes. In the box that says "Save as type", select all files.
Close Notepad.
Double click on the delthis.reg file and choose Yes to merge/add it to the registry. You should delete the file afterwards.

Now lets run Killbox
  • Double-click on Killbox.exe to start the program.
  • Check the box that says End Explorer Shell While Killing File.
  • In the killbox program, select the Delete on Reboot option.
  • In the field labeled Full Path of File to Delete enter the file paths listed below ONE AT A TIME (EXACTLY as it appears, please double check to make sure!):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\riqtjjuv.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fwgxomun.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\63GJV41G\WAS5Scan[1].exe
  • Press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it after each one.
  • When it asks if you would like to delete on reboot, press the YES button, when it asks if you want to reboot now, press the NO button.
  • Do this after each one until you have entered the LAST file path I have listed above.
  • After that LAST file path has been entered, press the YES button at both prompts so that your computer restarts.
  • If you receive a message and your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.
Once your system has rebooted back into Normal Mode please post a new HijackThis log by using Add Reply.

Thanks,
rstones12
