Hi. I have been following a problem in the Apple support programs about iTunes not loading, mostly on Windows 2000 and XP. Many people are getting the problem that it loads for a few seconds, but quits loading after a while. Others have an error message, telling them to reinstall iTunes. I have the first problem. Could you please help? We have found that a temporary fix is to do run...msconfig and disable certain spyware things at startup. But this only works for a little while, and then I have to reinstall iTunes + Quicktime. This only seems to be happening with the latest versions of iTunes and Qucktime. Can you please help?
