I'm looking for some software that would let me scan a document and create a form with fillable fields. Any suggestions would be appreciated (will pay for them if need be, but cheaper is better, and free is best of course). Would the full Adobe Acrobat allow this? I looked around on Download.com, but only found 2 that don't seem to be very user friendly. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I have the same question and was wondering if you found your answer. I am looking for something to allow handicap children who can not write, complete their assignments by scanning them and making them fillable documents.
Thanks!
Thanks!
