You can use them, but you have to have the little TradeMark Sign there with them.. and you'd have to state the owener of it...

I think it would protect the logo AND the name, but I'm not too sure about that..

Ok, and if i make allsortshop a trademark, as my website is called allsortshop.com , if someone else bourght allsortshop.co.uk would they be allowed?

yea, u'll have to put the sign on it...
I don't know the difference between a TradeMark and a Resticted, but I think that you Restrict things that are commonly used... like some movie names are Restricted, if they have names like Power or something.. since it's just a regular word... you cant tell peopel they can't say that... because its a commonly used word.. I THINK that may be it, but I'm not sure..
