Hi i thought i had gotten rid of virtumondo and winfixer but i keep getting the winfixer popups and it's really annoying. My Microsoft anti spyware doesn't show virtumundo showing up anymore so i'm hoping it's gone. Also, i see from preious posts that you ask for us to download CleanUp. I know it recommends that i backup my system but I was wondering if this can be used without doing so? i know i should start backing up my system, i just have to go get some cd's or another disk drive but until then i was hoping that the CleanUp wouldn't erase any important files. • Empty Recycle Bins
• Delete Cookies
• Delete Prefetch files
• Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.

It may ask you to reboot at the end, click NO.

Then, please run this online virus scan: ActiveScan

Copy the results of the ActiveScan and paste them here along with a new HiJackThis log and the vundofix.txt file from the vundofix folder into this topic.
