As in the subject my speedtouch doesn't reset hw.

I demount box and i push directly reset button but reset sequence doesn't start..
Have you any suggestion about this problem ?
Write poor english because this is not my mother-language...

What are you trying to do?

If you want factory settings restored, alot of times you can do this under the router configuration page... or if you forgot the password, by holding down the reset button for 10 or so seconds

Problem is that with a router software on windows i tried to change configuration, modifying connection type (pppoA -> pppoE), because it connected to Lan, connected to ADSL, but not connected to Internet.
Sw tell me to reboot Win and reset router.
I do it and after i had only led power and lan green.
I tried to connect with his IP 192.162.1.254 but had no responde.
I make port scan to retrieve IP but nothing.
For this reason i tried to reset router, so i have control on 198.162.1.254 (default IP) but reset doesn.t work (10 sec, 20sec. 30 sec..../ power on with reset button pushed/....)
