Grr I have winfixer :tazz: !! I've read the procedures, and I basically get how to remove it. I have multiple users on my computer, however, and I heard there's a difference in trying to remove winfixer if you have multiple users?? Well, anyway, I attempted to remove it, but something strange happened when I went into safe mode. It displayed one of my three users and an "administrator" which isn't one of the three on my computer. I tried both. Is the screen supposed to be black when in safe mode?? None of my icons, files or anything appeared, it was just a black background. So I thought, "How do I run VundoFix then?" I pressed CTRL+ALT+DELETE and it brought up the taskmanager. I selected run and typed in "killvundo.bat" but when I pressed enter, it said the file wasn't found. I don't understand why, because I downloaded VundoFix and double clicked the file and everything. I even checked the place I saved it to, and the killvundo file was there.

I'm really confused and frustrated. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
