Telus Freedom security won't initialize (on startup)

Had this problem for awhile and found the solution myself.
For some reason MNDLSVR was running at startup and this stopped the telus security Freedom from initializing.
So I simply removed this process from the startup and Freedom now started up.
I used this software to remove it: http://www.startupmonitor.com
MNDLSVR was in my Goldensoft folder, part of CDGhost 21st management , I assume.

But I don't know what this process is or what is does, SO if anyone could tell me would really help!
Is it needed, what does it do, should I delete it?
