Hi t3ddyb3ar21
Welcome to back GeeksToGo! I will be helping you in cleaning up your computer!

Please print out these directions for use if/when you do not have access to this page.

One thing I need you to do first is to place HiJackThis into a permanent folder, not the desktop. The reason for this is so that when HJT makes backups, they will be stored in a safe place.
*Go to Start > My Computer > and double click on C:.
* Now right click an open area and click New > folder and change the folder name to HJT.
* Extract HijackThis from the zipped file into this new folder.

Please download ewido security suite it is a free version of the program.
  • Install ewido security suite
  • When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck..
    • Install background guard
    • Install scan via context menu
  • Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop, double-click it.
  • The program will now open to the main screen.
  • When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
  • You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
    • On the left hand side of the main screen click update.
    • Then click on Start Update.
  • The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
(the status bar at the bottom will display ("Update successful")
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.
ewido manual updates

Do NOT scan with Ewido yet, just close the application.

Please scan with HJT, and place a check next to the following items:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar =
http://www.nnqxwzpfq...IegeDCQVGF5.cgi
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {90D2ECB2-C3C9-A9D0-2BFA-82013275A294} -
C:\PROGRA~1\FOUROB~1\WARN PING.exe (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sect spam bike boob] C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data\dalegluesectspam\Winhelp.exe
O16 - DPF: {9A19966F-AE0E-4699-8CCE-9B6F5F1C352C} -
http://211.172.247.2...kx/npkxsite.cab
O16 - DPF: {B49C4597-8721-4789-9250-315DFBD9F525} (IWinAmpActiveX
Class) - http://cdn.digitalci....1.11_en_dl.cab

Make sure all browser windows and other applications are colsed, and click the fix checked button.

Then please reboot into Safe Mode by restarting your computer and pressing F8 as your computer is booting up. Then select the Safe Mode option.

Once in Safe Mode, find and delete the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\dalegluesectspam\

Then, reboot your computer normally.

Once robooted normally, Open up Ewido, and do the following:
  • Click on scanner
  • Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
  • You will be prompted to clean the first infection.
  • Select "Perform action on all infections", then proceed.
  • Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report
  • Click Save report.
  • Save the report .txt file to your desktop or a location where you can find it easily.
Close ewido security suite.

When you get this far, please rescan with HJT, and past a new log for check. Also, please coopy and paste the contents of the text file ewido creaed in your reply.
