Hello,

I keep getting the Page cannot be displayed in my i.e. browser when i've got my (recently installed) Zone Labs basic Firewall running. It was working fine and i have been in the process of removing malware. I tried a re-install of zonelabs, it worked for a few hours but now Im having the same problem. its like i don't have a live connection. I'd like to keep the firewall up and surf. what gives??\

im using xp sp1- waiting until i can get rid of all malware to upgrade to sp2.

Uninstall the firewall.

Now clean all the malware up and install Service Pack 2. This comes with a basic firewall which sucks compared to anything else but better than nothing. Patch your system fully via Windows Update. Now give ZoneAlarm another run.
