Hi

I wonder if any of you guys can help me?

I am trying to view my IP address, by doing so in the way I have done in the past, clicking "START" then "RUN" and typing "ipconfig", the black screen which usually displays, flicks on and off for a split second, with no information displayed - basically an error.

Any ideas what's going on? :tazz:

Many Thanks

Ok, well I have got past the first hurdle, all is cool with my pc.

I tried to do the same on a friends pc and where it usually states Connection-specific DNS suffix followed by the IP address/gateway etc etc, its completely blank. Any ideas why that would be?
