hi , here the log that generated by the HiJackThis...can any expert help me out here ?...
actually my prob is , when i was trying to open the properties of a video file, an error windows popped out n said that "explorer.exe - application error....0x00000000...memory could not be written"

can anyone pls help?...thx alot !!

Please go to "Control Panel", "Add/Remove Programs", and uninstall anything having to do with "Bulls Eye Networks" or "FlashGet".

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.
Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.
Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Well your pc looks clean now, you may have a hardware problem. Try using Memtest and see if you can pass the tests.

Memtest86 is a stand alone program that cannot be executed under windows and must
be loaded from a floppy disk.

To install Memtest86:
- Extract the files from the zip archive
- Open the directory where the files were extracted and click on "install.bat".
- The install program will prompt you for the floppy drive and also prompt you to
insert a blank floppy.
- To run Memtest86 leave the floppy in the drive and reboot.

NOTE: After the boot floppy has been created you will not be able to read the floppy
from windows. This is normal.

This is likely being caused by another application affecting explorer.exe. Did you install or change anything before the problems started? You might try a system restore to a date before the problem began.
