Please Help with Spyware problem

I have been trying to remove spyware popups for several weeks and have run all of the recommended programs (Ad-aware, Search and Destroy, SpyBot, etc...). Below is my HT Log:

Please open Hijack This and click on the "Open the Misc Tools section" button. Click on the "Open Uninstall Manager" button. Click the "Save List" button. Copy and paste that list here.

Here is the source of your popups:

ContextPlus

* Copy these instructions to notepad and save them to your desktop. You will need them to refer to.


* Click here to download AproposFix.
  • Save it to your desktop but do NOT run it yet.
  • Restart your computer to safe mode
  • Click here for info on how to boot to safe mode if you don't already know how.
  • Once in Safe Mode, double-click the aproposfix.exe and unzip it to the desktop.
  • Open the aproposfix folder on your desktop and run RunThis.bat to run the fix.
  • Follow the prompts.
  • When the tool is finished, restart your computer back into Windows normal mode.
  • Post a new HijackThis log, along with the entire contents of the log.txt file in the aproposfix folder.
