I have attached my hijackthis log. I'm using norton internet security, i've ran microsoft antispyware, spybot, ad-aware. I also ran registry cleaner but i'm afraid to delete anything. log attached, thanks, you make my day if you help me.

Go to the link below and download the trial version of SpySweeper:

Install it then check for updates. Run a full system scan and let it fix everything it finds.

Restart your computer.


Run ActiveScan online virus scan here

When the scan is finished, anything that it cannot clean have it delete it.
- Save the results from the scan!

Post a new HiJackThis log along with the results from ActiveScan

First off Im not a jerk and if you cannot have a better attitude than that with someone who is trying to help you for FREE on their own FREE time, I could care less if you get this fixed or not! :tazz:

You don't have to pay for those. The Spysweeper version I asked you to download is a free 14 day trial and the online scan is free. These will find and fix most of the problems you have. The rest we can remove manually after that is done.
