Hi,

When I open My Computer in Windows XP Pro it takes ages to open. Any ideas? I have 1.25gb of RAM. It shouldnt be slow.

is your "my computer" the only thing that's moving slow?

if you do the "windows key" on your keybard(if you have it) plus the letter E open explorer slow?

how about start > run > explorer.exe?

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
