Cannot start in safe mode

I am trying to remove a corrupted file Ulead Toolbox which did not load properly and caused all sorts of damage. However when I try to get into safe mode I get a list of file names,and nothing more. I did get in before,and managed to restore my printer. But now...
Any ideas?

If you can get to the screen to choose to start in safe mode try picking start from last known good configuration. Maybe you can get in to your PC that way.
