Win ME won't shut down

Hi,

I've recently had a problem with my PC not shutting down propoerly. I continually get a message pop-up of the "this program is busy or waiting a command from you" type. It's entitled DDE SERVER WINDOW.

I can either "wait, cancel, or end"

Any idea's? It normally happens after I've been on the net.
