I've used Spybot, AdAware, and Shredder and still this s*** will not go away... "istsvc.exe" is the only spyware file I can't delete.

Any help would be immensely appreciated.

Open Notepad and copy and paste the quoted text below into the blank document. Click "File", "Save As", and name it runkey.bat, make sure to save it as file type "All Files". Now double click the .bat file and copy and paste the contents back here.

Under Add/Remove Software remove Viewpoint Manager

Then check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O2 - BHO: Class - {6202B33B-C5D9-4EE3-F507-2ABD1A43C3C2} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WINJY32.DLL

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [‰0 44}œ5]C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe] C:\PLHMOWQQ.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [‰0+]m*ažiC:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe] C:\PLHMOWQQ.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe

O8 - Extra context menu item: &Viewpoint Search - res://C:\PROGRAM FILES\VIEWPOINT\VIEWPOINT TOOLBAR\VIEWBAR.DLL/CXTSEARCH.HTML

Reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc <= entire folder

Post back with a new log when you are done.

Regards,

Pieter

That didn't help.

It wasn't supposed to fix anything, I wanted the contents of the notepad file it created.
