when i log in, i get that.

my computer administrator told me to restart my computer. so i did, and it works. however, at times it doesn't. and i have to restart serveral times. but now, after restarting my pc many times, it still didn't work. after shutting it down and rebooting it up. it still didn't work.

also, when i get this error. i cant access to certain sites. like yahoo mail, or gmail. (im not sure of other sites, but this is what i've come accross.)

please help me out. T_T

someone please help me? i bet im not the only one who had this error before?
at the same time, i need to check a few mails. but im unable to do so because i cant go to gmail.com.
