I've Googled WinFixer and StarWare, but I've had no success removing either of them. I'm posting my HijackThis log in hopes someone here would be kind enough to help me get rid of them.

Keep in mind that sometimes Safe Mode won't even properly work for me... I only know it has something to do with my explorer process.
