Hey Guys,

First of all thanks for the help in advance. I have IEXPLORE.EXE running in my running processes that is taking up large amounts of memory that coincide with these stupid destop icons that you can't delete or they reappear immediatly. I'm running EZ ARMOR and PestContol from the same company...no luck. So here's my log:

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
