Hello, I am a computer novice, so please be kind! :tazz: When we start up our computer we get the following errors:
ccRegVfy.exe unable to locate
SymStore.dll not found
ccApp.exe unable to locate
Running error: could not load: ProgramFiles\Backweb Client\6.1.0.153\Program\Backweb.dll

I just thought I would check with you guys before calling a computer fixer-upper to come out to the house. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
thanks
Debbie

Thanks so much for the help. I have McAfee firewall / anti virus, so I would guess if I would install it and reinstall it, that would help (I used to have Norton) . I have no idea what happened to our computer to cause this! We did have some guy from HP tech help tell my husband some things to do, but now we get these messages. I really appreciate your help! thanks!
