windows XP pro wont start

Ok...we'll do these one or two at a time starting with the most likely candidates and moving down the list.

Click Start then Run and type msconfig (it may already be in the box) and click "Ok"...click the "Services" tab.

Uncheck the "Hide all Microsoft services" checkbox and look for the following entries. If you find them, uncheck the box next to them and click "Apply"...click "Ok" when finished with both of them and reboot.

but i did turn all of them off and it didnt work.....
in any case i already format comp and so far everything work except it still says primary slave error......so next topic "*.doesnt install" heh

once again thx for help
