Disconnect your USB mouse and try to boot...

ehh i think im just gonna end up formating everything and reinstalling but thx for help anyway i really appreciate it

Ok...we'll do these one or two at a time starting with the most likely candidates and moving down the list.
Click Start then Run and type msconfig (it may already be in the box) and click "Ok"...click the "Services" tab.
Uncheck the "Hide all Microsoft services" checkbox and look for the following entries. If you find them, uncheck the box next to them and click "Apply"...click "Ok" when finished with both of them and reboot.

COM+ event system

but i did turn all of them off and it didnt work.....
in any case i already format comp and so far everything work except it still says primary slave error......so next topic "*.doesnt install" heh
