from time to time i notice that the POST screen does not display the ram and CPU test it is not ever a problem the system still boots up as normal i was just wondering why this happens and if anyone else has this happening too

my Mobo is a MSI K8N Neo 4-F

Some boards with the Quick Boot option turned on in BIOS skip these tests and display when the system reboots or is warm started. From a cold boot they'll usually do the full POST.
