Help...computer keeps freezing

Can someone please help me? My computrer keeps totally freezing when I go onto myspace (as embarresed as I am to admit that). I have tried using IE, Firefox and Opera and the same thing happens each time. I go to a friends page, it begins to load and then the whole computer freezes, I cant ctrl alt delete, move the mouse or anything.

Please help.
