Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

1: Download "Killbox" (free) and use it to remove hard-to-remove software and folders.
2: Go to start > search > files and folders > all files and folders > more advanced options. Check the upper 3 items. In "All or Part of a file name" type "eblocks", run a search and delete manually every file or folder that contain this word. Be careful not to delete other files.

that is inadvisable--it depends on the "program" maintaining eblock in its name, which is highly unlikely.
SpyBlocs and eBlocs have been on the Suspect/Rogue Anti-Spyware list since it was first published on July 26, 2004, and with good reason.
It has aggressive, deceptive advertising; false positives work to goad people into purchases; poor scan reporting; loads additional crap that makes things worse.
Removing this as you are describing will leave a ton of crap behind leading to system instability.
Please go to the malware forum
