I'm having problems uninstalling panda titanium antivirus. When I go to add/remove programs and click on it, no message comes up and nothing happens. When I try to manually remove the program, a message comes up saying my access is denied for several files such as AVENGDLL.DLL.

I then downloaded move on boot and managed to erase these files. After doing this my internet stopped working, saying that it cannot get an IP address. My internet provider couldn't figure it out and said it is probably my network card and told be to reinstall my network browser, which i didn't do.

I then did a system restore and got my internet working again, but the panda files are still there.

Does anyone have any reccomendations? Thanks

Hi kirsten_t...

Most versions of Titanium come with their own uninstaller package. Click Start, point to All Programs, then to Panda Titanium and see if your version lists an uninstaller. If not, post back with the version information.

Hi wannabe1, thanks for the reply.

The programs uninstaller somehow vanished . When I go into program files, my uninstall information file is empty. I tried to reinstall panda but it said it could not reinstall because a newer version was already installed on my computer. There are only about 20 files left in the panda folder but when I try to delete them my access is denied. Anyways I' appreciate any help I can get on this problem as it has completely stumped me. Thanks,

Kirsten

Stumped me, too...

However, I did learn that you can contact Panda and they will send you an uninstall tool for their software.
