Why do I get this errormessage?

The following message appears seconds after I close down Nero 6. It does not appear if I haven`t used Nero to burn - only after a burning session.
I tried to uninstall a previous version and installed the latest, but to no avail.

"The instruction at 0x05041643 referenced memory at 0x052c0aa0. The memory could not be read"
Then I have to click ok to exit.

Some kind of memory-error...?
