  :tazz: ;)
xxx-files shortcut icon keeps reappearing on my desktop and start menu even after i delete them: short cut leads to 124941.exe located in C:\Program Files\WebSiteViewer. when i try to open any folder it starts to open then explorer shuts down and restarts and the folder never opens. can run MyIE2, but can't run MS internet explorer. internet options and dial-up screen name, number, and password are changed often and automatically, even after i change them back and save the changes.

I couldn't find ceres.dll or incp.dll.
I couldn't find MTC.dll but I found MTC.ini.
I couldn't find sm1316.dll but I found spm1316.ini and spm1316.tmp.
I didn't delete any of these files, but I did delete usbn.exe and vbsys2.dll

My computer is running much smoother now. Thank you so much !!!
