Winfixer and other problems

I apparently have winfixer and other issues on my computer. I read through the directions and tried to get rid of the problem myself but was unsuccessful. I sure would appreciate some help.

I did the Panda Free online scan and it came up with 21 Virus infected files and 16 spyware files.

I then did a full computer scan with norton and it found nothing.

I went into safe mode and tried to fix rqonk.dll but it didn't work.

I also tried vundofix and typed in the files but it didn't remove them...it said that they couldn't be fixed because they were being used by another process.

Hoping that someone will come to my rescue. The last time I brought my computer in to a local computer doctor it came back with other problems.
