When I start my computer it takes a long time to start- I believe because there maybe a ton of programs loading at start up. How can I determine which programs are running and which one I can delete safely??? :tazz:
Thanks

this is pretty simple and you should be watchful about the startup items.
start->run-> type msconfig and hit enter
click on startup tab and you see a list of items
uncheck all the items other than antivirus and firewal.

click apply and ok then restart the computer....

also install spybot, ad-aware and scan your computer.
use ccleaner and clean your temporary files
Run disk cleanup and then analyze and defragment your HDD to improve ur boot.
