Sys is W98SE
Fresh install.
THIS BOX IS NOT ON THE NET; NEVER HAS BEEN AND NEVER WILL BE.
So this SISAPCOM.DLL is not a virus and is in the sis install program.

Trying to install a Kaser S315E graphics card.
Keep getting this error:
The KHOOKER.EXE file is
linked to missing export
SISAPCOM.DLL-?lsSupportMultiMonitorOS@CSISTool@@SAHXZ.

SISAPCOM.DLL is in \Windows and \Windows\System.
They are both different sizes 72k and 142k with the
SISAPCOM.DLL file in the SIS install program being 72k.
I have no idea if this makes a difference.

Any ideas?
