Hey, Geeks


I have posted this in other parts of the forum and have got no responce. So maybe this is right spot. I need to find out what is the best virus software for my new computer.on my old one i used Zone Alarm firewall and Norton virus protection. so i use this computer foir games and just the basics.

i would install computer associates etrust antivirus it is the best. norton is a pain in the [bleep]. it hogs all the system resources. is that pic of your computer.

NOD32 is the best anti virus on the paid market then for free i like avast great reputation and has the most regular updates and most features of any of the free ones(better than most of the paid ones).

its free and i havent had any virus probs for over a year now
panda is good too
pair either one with microsoft anti spyware and you are good to go
