I want Microsoft Office programs to show all commands in the menus not only the most commonly used ones without clicking the down arrow at the bottom. Is this possible?

Hi pccromeo,

Go to Tools, Customize, Options tab.

put check in "Always show full menus"

Then click on Close :tazz:

In the Options section you can also set it to "Show full menus after short delay"
