System Restore needed

Yeah i was one of those dumb ppl who didnt make a backup when i used CleanUp! for this winxp laptop. It wipped out all icons and a ton of system funtions. I just need help in finding a way to restore my comp. I tried to work with the system restore but i didnt know how to go to a saved spot. I was going to insert the xp cd but itll take some time to find it. I would be greatful if anyone could help, thanks :tazz:
