i'm looking to replace my stock fan/heatsink on my athlon 64 processor. it's not b/c it's doesn't cool enough, just that it's a bit too loud. any suggestions for something that's quieter than what i have now?

PS: no water cooling :tazz:

Arctic freezer 64, either of the akasa HSFs, the gigabyte one looks good(im gonna get the gigabyte one i think as it matches my case better) i havent really had to much bother with the stock fan its not the loudest fan in my system, the front 120mm and the gfx fan drown it out most of the time, have you tried turning on cool and quiet it really reduces the noise and haveing the cpu down at 35C is good but it will run happily at 40 to 50C.
