When I log on to the internet I get the message: Generic Host Process win32 error and then I have the choice to send an error report or not. Recently the error message pops up even before I attempt to log on to the internet.

I send the error report every time it pops up. If we don't send the error report we are disconnected.

I haven't been given a link to Microsoft. Should I search around on the Microsoft website?
