Downloading problems

ok im tring to download DotHalo (http://www.halomaps.com/dothalo.html) and when i try to download it it comes up as a word file with a bunch of code..... i heard you need NET. Framework to make it work but i downloaded that and it still come up as a work file...any ideaxs

when i download dothalo, it asks me what program to run it with, and i dont know what to do...
PLEASE HELP! :tazz:
