Well, followed the steps for the main page, seems to be ok, apart from I noticed emia.exe still there, and I saw a few other people have been recommended to remove it...only when I go to the location of it, it's hidden, and not even showing all hidden files/folders shows it up. Neither does a command prompt.

Anyway...not sure what most of it is, so if someone would be as kind as to have a look for me...

Also, I've noticed that people have been saying it isnt as accurate if people turn their computer off, how about if they put it into hibernate, as I almost always do that...

Hibernate would have been fine, but you could have shut it down, its certain "special cases" when we ask not to shut it down, luckily so far you havent shown those signs.

Ok Az lets get to work,
You should print these instructions out for use later while in Safe Mode because you will not have an internet connection.

Close all windows except HijackThis and have it "Fix" these entries:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D0DB8DE1-B369-40A6-F386-273A013DD9D3} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [version] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Lqvjuf.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [efafmjyv] C:\WINDOWS\efafmjyv.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CSV10P70] C:\Program Files\CSBB\CSv10P070.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lvcnun] c:\windows\system32\lvcnun.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [bhnscc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\bhnscc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [wFtW3sj] alrgr.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [secure] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tbhnnh.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lnuotc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\lnuotc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinTask driver] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wintask.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dvx] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wsxsvc\wsxsvc.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ho26RiHpQ] wupnetbs.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [sysmonnt] C:\WINDOWS\System32\sysmonnt
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Iinl] C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\emia.exe

Then lets reboot into "Safe Mode" and enable "All Files and Folders" to be seen:

Boot into safe mode:

Press F8 after the Power-On Self Test (POST) is done. If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, try restarting and then pressing F8 several times after the POST screen.
Choose the Safe Mode option from the Windows Advanced Options Menu then press Enter.

"All Files and Folders"

Double-click My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Clear "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files and Folders", select "Show hidden files and folders."
Clear "Hide protected operating system files."
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Now lets navigate to these entries and delete them manually:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\Lqvjuf.exe
C:\WINDOWS\efafmjyv.exe

C:\Program Files\CSBB <<-~-delete this entire folder
C:\windows\system32\lvcnun.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\bhnscc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tbhnnh.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lnuotc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wintask.exe

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wsxsvc <<-~-deletethis entire folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\sysmonnt
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\emia.exe

Search for these while in safe mode and see if you get results, if
so of course delete them where the search says they are.

alrgr.exe
wupnetbs.exe

Ok, then if were all done, lets boot back up into normal mode and post a new HijackThis log, this time using the newest version of Hijackthis which I mentioned earlier, it can be found with the download link in my signature Az.
